I found a link to an article by Patricia Digh, The delicate, and important, art of saving face from the Christian Science Monitor via a post by Beth Galloway on the blog Our Future. It is a story of customer service – good customer service and the importance of helping users save face. And, much of it takes place in a library. The article is worth a read – and may even put a smile on your face.
